Week 01: Five Fundamental Principles of Business Success

Review of the Five Fundamental Principles of Business Success that are the foundation for the remaining 12 weeks of the program.

 

Week 02: 90-Day Planning Session

Facilitates the process of creating an effective 90-Day Plan; one that includes the prioritized strategies and tactics that you’ll incorporate and execute during this program.

 

Week 03: Introduction to Matrix Tool

Introduces the Accountability Tool you’ll use to measure your week to week progress and growth.

 

Week 04: Marketing & Lead Generation I

These sessions explore several marketing strategies for acquiring new customers. The implementation of these strategies impacts the rest of the Five Fundamental Principles of Business Success. You’ll define the top 3 marketing strategies and tactics to get your leads flowing and then we’ll address how to measure the resulting improvements on a weekly basis. You’ll also learn the power of understanding your acquisition cost per lead, as well as the importance of knowing the lifetime value of a customer.

These sessions will help you maximize the value of each and every sale.You’ll learn the critical.aspxects of up-selling, cross-selling and the back-end strategies to increase revenue from each sale. We’ll thoroughly address the 3 biggest mistakes executives make in this area.

We’ll also take a closer look at the numerous costs within 9 areas of business – from revenue acquisition to supplier costs; while implementing ideas along the way.

 

Week 13: Review of Individual 90-Day Plans

The group sessions will culminate in a one-on-one, in person session where we’ll review the progress you’ve made along with discussions on ways to improve those results over the next 90 days.
