Rania Sabry has more than 10 years of experience in the field of Human Development in Egypt and the Gulf Region.
Rania Sabry Xceed Organizational Development Manager
Rania has over 10 years of solid Training, Development and management experience. She was a member of the launching team of Vodafone Egypt in 1998 and took various engagement challenges throughout her 5 years tenure at Vodafone. She is a dynamic person with high planning and leadership skills and an edge in conflict and stress management. She is well versed with corporate training functions, performance development activities, career path and planning, and talent acquisitions across structured organizations. She joined Xceed 2004 as the Training Manager; she is managing the Training, Development and Quality Management at Xceed. Prior to that, she was the Head of Corporate Training at Allianz Insurance. Rania is a certified trainer by American Management Association and holds a BBA from Helwan University in 1994. MBA from German University in Cairo. |
